Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist - Senior Associate responsible for end-to-end onboarding of institutional client mandates and lifecycle events (mergers, liquidations, custody changes) within the EMEA region. Lead client engagements across the onboarding timeline, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery and strong client service. Responsibilities include managing onboarding checklists and documentation, conducting stakeholder meetings, supporting control processes, and driving process improvements. Requires strong project management, client-service skills, knowledge of diverse financial instruments, and proficiency with MS Office; preferred experience in Asset Management/Wealth Management and tooling such as Python, Tableau, and Alteryx.
Required Qualifications
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication with clients
- Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Collaborative with internal teams to deliver client support
- Solid knowledge of financial instruments (Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives, Funds)
- Understanding of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Custody
- Experience with project management and end-to-end onboarding processes
- Ability to identify risks and control issues and mitigate them
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
