Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist responsible for the first 30 days of new team members’ lifecycle, handling pre-employment communications, screenings, scheduling, and documenting processes. Key duties include guiding new hires through onboarding tasks, ensuring timely completion of background checks using platforms like ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage, maintaining organized records, conducting 15- and 30-day check-ins, contributing to SOPs, and safeguarding confidential materials. Requires High School Diploma and 2+ years experience (or equivalent); prefers bilingual Spanish/English; strong analytical, multi-tasking, and communication skills; proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and comfortable with HR systems and project-tracking (Smartsheet).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two (2) plus years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time
