Onboarding Specialist (Mercado Italiano)

Conduct onboarding for new clients in the Italian market via video calls, adapting implementation plans and configuring the PMS while resolving technical queries. Schedule follow-up meetings to ensure continuity and identify recurring friction points to propose solutions to the team. Act as the primary liaison between clients and Sales, Product, and Support, translating feedback in both directions to contribute to documentation and training materials.
