Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist to guide the build out and design of award-winning websites for Luxury Presence’s world-class luxury real estate clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for clients during their first 4-8 weeks, translating client vision and brand into actionable steps for internal teams. Deliver a white-glove website product, ensure clear communication of order of operations and technical complexities, and help clients achieve their goals while maintaining high design and quality standards. Roles emphasize client relationship development, project coordination across software platforms (Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress), and efficient, deadline-driven delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations
- Coordinated client calls, meetings, and projects
- Experience serving clients and attending to their needs
- Understanding of platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress is a plus
- An interest in luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
Desired Qualifications
