Job Summary

Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, Payroll, IT, and Facilities to deliver a seamless, compliant experience for new hires across EMEA countries. Prepare and process employment documentation in line with local legislation, monitor onboarding progress to ensure all checks are completed before start dates, and maintain accurate employee records in Workday. Conduct new hire inductions, respond to onboarding queries within agreed service levels, and support HR projects to enhance processes and the employee experience. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with multi-country employment frameworks. You will work within the EMEA People Service Centre to create exceptional first impressions for new employees joining the business.
