Onboarding Specialist (International)

Job Summary
Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, executing employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, and local benefit enrollments to ensure 100% Day 1 compliance. Identify customer needs during implementation to recommend supplemental services like IT provisioning and background checks, while leading high-impact initiatives to improve the onboarding journey. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to resolve gaps, drive process automation, and advocate for the customer and employee. Act as a global EOR expert guiding admins through country-specific nuances, manage timelines and SLAs proactively, and contribute to developing operational playbooks for new market expansions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in onboarding or implementation
- At least 1–2 years specifically in the EOR industry
- International hiring experience
