Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist to warmly welcome new patients in a home health setting. Responsibilities include conducting welcome calls, verifying patient information, explaining the care process, addressing initial questions, ensuring onboarding documentation is completed accurately, communicating patient details to nursing and administrative teams, following up to enhance onboarding, maintaining detailed records, and coordinating care efficiently with ancillary departments. Work hours typically 9:00 AM–5:30 PM in Richardson, TX, with on-site collaboration in a fast-paced, compassionate home health environment.
Required Qualifications
