Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist at Every, a Series A startup, serves as the primary point of contact for new customers from contract signature through go-live. You’ll lead live Zoom onboarding sessions to configure payroll, bookkeeping, taxes, and other Every products, coordinate across Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, and other product teams, and own the full contract process (sending, tracking, signatures). You’ll update billing systems when contracts are executed, manage multiple onboardings simultaneously, surface blockers, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and help build onboarding playbooks as the company scales. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage many moving pieces in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required, with 1-3 years in onboarding, customer success, or a related role; exposure to payroll, bookkeeping, fintech, or financial operations is a plus. - Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Quick to learn new tools and technology
