Job Summary
Onboarding Specialist responsible for welcoming applicants and clients, administering DOT and Non-DOT drug screenings, LiveScan fingerprint collections, handling confidential information, and supporting operational success in an onsite North Carolina environment. Key duties include front-line customer service to applicants and clients, managing drug-screening processes per industry regulations, maintaining data confidentiality and privacy, coordinating communications via Aircall, scheduling, and tracking applicants in internal systems. Occasional travel within North Carolina with mileage reimbursement. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain DOT/Non-DOT Drug Collections certification, NC residency, reliable transportation, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
