Job Summary
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally. Support and maintain personnel file management and documentation accuracy while ensuring compliance with all required employment documentation and workflows. Assist with onboarding and hiring processes from application through start date as needed. Support coordination and execution of Home Health Aide training programs, including scheduling, materials management, and skills practice coordination. Maintain and update required federal and state labor postings. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM in office.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency required to perform job functions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
