Job Summary
Proctor New Employee Orientation (NEO) daily, preparing classrooms with welcome packets, drug test kits, and Chromebooks while verifying Form I-9 documents and administering drug tests. Initiate onboarding documents via the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), complete employer sections of Form I-9, and update required fields in WinTeam for new hires and rehires. Ensure orientation completion including three lessons and the final exam, then enter compliance codes and direct deposit information. Work Monday through Friday in Salem, MA or Portland, ME, with a split schedule of four days in Salem and one day in Portland.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a professional administrative environment
- Able to focus and multi-task in a busy environment
- Ability to successfully handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Effective management skills; able to coordinate with multiple employees with diverse personalities and engage them to perform at optimum levels
- Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
- Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
- Onboarding specialist would be required to be in office, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays at our Salem, MA branch
- OBS would be required to operate out of the Portland, ME office on Wednesdays
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in business, human resources, or related field of study
- Human resources and/or recruiting experience
- Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System
- Experience using WinTeam or other Human Resources Information System
- Experience using DOMO or other business intelligence tool
