Onboarding Service Charge Accountant

Reconcile opening financial balances and interrogate incoming data to onboard new properties into the Qube system. Prepare accurate service charge budgets and calculate allocations in compliance with ICAEW standards and industry regulations. Conduct bank reconciliations on opening and interim balances, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and provide detailed analysis of expenditure and budget variances. Liaise with auditors during the annual audit process and assist with VAT return preparation in line with HMRC guidelines. This role supports a rapidly growing Block and Estate Management company, ensuring accurate financial data and regulatory compliance across residential properties in England.
