Job Summary
Lead and scale Paddle's Onboarding Risk function across NA, UK/EU, and APAC, owning onboarding risk procedures (KYB, KYC, Screening, Final Reviews), providing expert risk decisioning, coaching and developing a跨-region team, collaborating with Legal, Support and Product to improve risk processes, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure strong risk outcomes and a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Onboarding or Credit Risk spaces
- 2+ years experience in Merchant Acquiring, E-Commerce, or a similar FinTech role
- 3+ years experience in team management
- Comfortable working with teams in multiple time zones
- Excellent communication skills, fluent English
- Experience and understanding of scheme requirements (desired, not required)
- Comfortable with using Artificial Intelligence in everyday processes
