OnBoarding Rehire

Manage the end-to-end rehire process for returning employees, including verifying eligibility, coordinating benefits enrollment, and updating HRIS records to reflect updated roles and compensation. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on the previous employment experience and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all rehire documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies before the employee's return date. This role supports the talent acquisition team in facilitating seamless transitions for rehiring candidates.
