Job Summary
Lead client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through go-live, coordinating cross-functional internal teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource plans, risk logs, and status reports; establish governance on scope and milestones; facilitate kickoff and stakeholder meetings; ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction; drive change management, and produce KPI-driven reporting and SOPs for the Onboarding team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a 4-year college degree (technical, business, psychology, or equivalent)
- Experience managing software implementation or technical projects
- Experience leading client-facing projects and managing external stakeholder relationships
