Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact with clients during onboarding, managing multiple concurrent projects through completion. Work with new customers to identify goals and preferences for launching their new company website and additional services. Use a customized version of WordPress (Elementor) to update customer websites and assist them with adopting new and existing features to maximize product value. This role offers a salary of $1600-$2000 USD per month for a remote position located anywhere in LATAM. The team serves as the leading digital marketing provider for insurance agencies in the United States, delivering solutions across websites, social media, reviews, and local listings management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience
- WordPress proficiency
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail
- Must be personable and enjoy working in a client-facing role
- A friendly person who genuinely loves helping people and solving problems
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Knowledge of common internet technologies
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
