Job Summary
Onboarding Product Management Lead Analyst oversees and coordinates regulatory-driven documentation changes and onboarding processes within Citi’s Asia clusters. Core duties include managing documentation governance for digital onboarding across 15 countries, leading cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Product, Platforms and Data Solutions, coordinating country rollouts, negotiating and rationalizing onboarding requirements, and presenting risks and status updates to senior management. The role includes leading client terms documentation, driving standardization and global harmonization, overseeing client repapering initiatives, and ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations while supporting acquisition targets and product financial performance. The position requires ability to manage multiple time zones, work under pressure, and deliver prioritized regulatory documentation changes across markets; education includes a Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred, and the candidate will operate as part of the Asia Onboarding Product Head group, covering Asia South and JANA clusters.
