Job Summary
Own the sign-to-live journey end-to-end, from kickoff call to go-live announcement. Build REST API and S3-based integrations, handle SSO federation, and manage data migrations while acting as the customer's single point of contact. Run the project professionally by managing scope, timelines, and risks in steering calls with business and security leads. Create playbooks and reusable tooling to improve future implementations, then feed real customer feedback into product roadmaps. This hybrid role requires equal parts engineering, project management, and customer-facing communication. You will travel up to 40% of the time internationally to support on-site workshops and go-lives.
Required Qualifications
- A genuinely hybrid profile: an engineer who has run projects and customers, or a deeply technical delivery person who still writes and debugs their own code
- Hands-on capability in Python, TypeScript, or similar
- Solid working knowledge of REST APIs
- Solid working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid working knowledge of data pipelines
- Solid working knowledge of enterprise authentication (SSO, OIDC, SAML)
- A track record of delivering complex enterprise implementations or integrations with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication
- Judgment about commitments
- Proactive ownership
- Availability to travel for on-site customer work, up to 40% of the time
- Eligible to travel internationally without restriction, including Europe, the Americas, Asia, Middle East & Africa, and able to obtain relevant visas as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in aviation, travel, or other regulated industries
- Experience with large-scale data migrations or data quality work
- Exposure to AI/ML products, including deploying or integrating them for enterprise customers
- Experience building implementation playbooks or reusable delivery frameworks
