Job Summary

Execute tailored onboarding and integration processes for new hires by coordinating milestone check-ins, drafting individualized integration plans, and managing pre-arrival activities. Prepare materials for internal team meetings, conduct pre-arrival calls with stakeholders, and maintain onboarding checklists and workflow documents. Support the development and implementation of structured integration programs by anticipating next steps, following up proactively, and ensuring initiatives run on schedule. Maintain integration databases, dashboards, and tracking systems to monitor progress and prepare draft reports for leadership regarding retention and engagement outcomes. Collaborate with firm administration, office leadership, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transitions and contribute to long-term hire success.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 Years minimum
  • Prior experience in hospitality, event management, and/or project management
  • Proficient with webinar technology
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Internet research
  • other computer applications/skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • experience in InterAction or other CRM programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
