Job Summary
Onboarding Coordinator to manage a high-volume onboarding process across the U.S. and Canada, serving as the liaison between hires, recruiters, HR, and payroll. Responsibilities include processing hire profiles in the HRIS, coordinating document collection, owning the onboarding steps for payroll submissions, coordinating project start preparations with hires and managers, responding to inquiries on onboarding, timecards, and policies, handling unemployment claims and employee verification requests, reviewing and adjusting timecards, communicating paid sick leave policies by location, preparing payroll-related reports, managing onboarding/offboarding for project-based employees, and providing broad HR/administrative support across functions. Strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency are required; HRIS experience is preferred; English fluency is essential; ability to work with global teams is important.
Required Qualifications
- Some administrative experience; preferably within an HR / recruitment oriented function
- High level of accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize and work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with teams based globally
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally some prior experience with HRIS tools
