Job Summary
Manage pre-onboarding logistics by sending "First Day" reminders, provisioning Manufacturo access, booking hot desks, and preparing physical onboarding folders. Act as the primary resource for new employees by greeting cohorts, distributing badges, verifying I-9 documentation, and guiding them through facility and manufacturing floor tours. Coordinate multi-day onboarding schedules, execute live session hand-offs with stakeholders, and distribute PPE while monitoring training progress via the Docebo admin console. Resolve onboarding issues such as login failures or missing system access using the escalation matrix. Provide People Operations support by responding to employee inquiries, collaborating with hiring managers and shift supervisors, and offering general administrative assistance. Requires 3+ years of HR or onboarding experience, familiarity with UKG, Envoy, and Docebo, and flexibility for early morning remote support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Human Resources, Onboarding, or Training Coordination experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (specifically UKG)
- Familiarity with workspace management tools (Envoy)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Docebo)
- Knowledge of basic HR principles
- Flexibility to provide early morning remote/asynchronous support for technicians on early shifts (e.g., 6:00 AM check-ins)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
