Job Summary
Onboarding Coordinator role overseeing onboarding systems, compliance documentation, site access, and new-hire support for industrial construction projects. Responsible for maintaining employee profiles across onboarding/training systems, managing compliance certifications, coordinating site access and mobilization, payroll/IT/equipment readiness, frontline support for new hires, and ensuring timely, accurate processing for a high-volume hiring environment (2,000–4,000 craft employees annually). Emphasis on data accuracy, system readiness, cross-functional collaboration with site leads, payroll, HR, IT, and vendor partners; onsite availability preferred; temporary/short-term contract basis.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in workforce onboarding, HR administration, or workforce coordination, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
