Onboarding Consultant - CRM

Job Summary
Initiate onboarding and training plans for new users, conduct check-in calls throughout the journey to ensure satisfaction, and create conversion balances. Respond to support tickets via phone and Zoom, provide data migration support and troubleshooting, and coordinate data transfers. Assist clients with receipting and reconciling their CRM accounts while ensuring responses meet agreed SLAs. Gather website requirements and coordinate with the website team as needed. This role supports the Onboarding and Data Service team, leveraging real estate industry experience to help customers streamline workflows and maximize productivity within PropertyMe's leading cloud-based property management platform.

- Confidence in navigating internally used programs such as Slack, Trello, Google Suite, Salesforce and Zendesk
