Conduct daily onboarding activities for new hires at Atlanta Farms, including scheduling orientation sessions, coordinating equipment setup, and facilitating team introductions. Manage the end-to-end integration process from arrival through first-week training, ensuring all new staff complete required safety certifications and role-specific task assignments. Coordinate with HR and operations leads to track progress against onboarding timelines and resolve logistical issues promptly. This role supports the DEPCOM-OH team's goal of maintaining high operational readiness and employee engagement across the Atlanta Farms facility.
