Onboarding Associate (Biker/Driver Onboarding)

Job Summary
Onboarding Associate responsible for biker/driver onboarding and inventory/data integrity. Execute on-ground onboarding tasks (jersey sizing, ID pictures, biker kit tagging) and assist new bikers with onboarding guidance (Telegram group integration). Manage biker kit inventory with daily/monthly tallying and prepare supplies for offsite activations. Maintain and update onboarding masterfiles through accurate data entry, copying/pasting, and cleaning of biker details. Perform daily ad-hoc tasks including summary report updates, biker photo uploading, and assessment form management. Requires senior high school graduate or equivalent (Bachelor's is a plus), administrative/operations/onboarding experience, and willingness to work on-site and travel to activation locations.
Required Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required)
- Experience in administrative, operations, or onboarding support role
- Experience in logistics, inventory, or data entry is highly advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to activation locations as needed
