Job Summary
Onboarding Assistant responsible for screening leads against Awin standards, managing lead/applications in Salesforce, coordinating handovers to Sales/CRM, following onboarding workflows, and guiding clients through the onboarding journey to enable long-term platform success. Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Technical Integration, Support, CRM, IntOps), supports upsell opportunities (consultancy Add-Ons, Launch Package), and contributes to process improvements. Requires strong English and German communication, customer-facing experience, and CRM proficiency; hybrid work model with a focus on documentation, monitoring client readiness, and proactive issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, onboarding, or client services (SaaS, affiliate marketing, or platform-based businesses preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
