Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service in the onboard café while preparing the vessel for passengers by cleaning, restocking, and assisting with boarding. Provide accurate service information and promote offerings to tourists and commuters, then assist with marine operations including mooring lines and gangways. Participate in marine safety drills to maintain high safety standards. This rotating roster includes public holidays and weekends, typically following a 5 days on, 2 days off pattern with 120 hours over three weeks. Shifts run between 4:30am and 2am. Fullers360 connects Aucklanders to the Hauraki Gulf with a fleet of high-speed ferries and modern buses, known for its electric bus fleet and hybrid-electric ferry projects.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience on a vessel with marine deck work experience
- A full driver's license
- Reliable transport
- Eligible to work in New Zealand without the need for visa sponsorship
- Over age of 18
