Job Summary
Onboard Lead on Brightline trains responsible for delivering an elevated guest experience through proactive guest service, food & beverage service, and safe onboard operations. Responsibilities include assisting guests to seats and with baggage, delivering F&B service with QR ordering and cart service, knowing menu offerings and allergen information, serving alcoholic beverages per standards, handling escalated guest concerns, communicating with onboard teams, delivering public announcements, coordinating cart movements, ensuring safety and sanitation, processing credit card transactions, monitoring inventory, and supporting training and shift reporting. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, physical ability to move objects up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel up to 75%. Education and experience include a high school diploma or GED, at least six months in guest service, sales, or F&B, and compliance with Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certifications within 90 days.
Required Qualifications

- some college or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in guest service, sales, or food & beverage service
- Must be able and willing to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to complete Food Handler and Responsible Vendor certification within 90 days of hire.
