Job Summary
Delivering virtual presentations to existing and prospective Members via our livestream platform; building rapport and creating engaging customer experiences; presenting membership and travel opportunities tailored to customer needs; helping Members maximise the value of their membership; achieving individual sales and performance goals; delivering a professional and customer-focused experience throughout every interaction. Experience in sales, virtual sales, customer service or hospitality is highly regarded; experience within timeshare or membership-based sales is advantageous but not essential. The role is based at Bundall with a 28-hour work week across 4 days, and includes paid training and benefits; global hotel and resort discounts; and opportunities for career development.
