Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for end-users on-site, ensuring workstations, devices, and IT services function optimally. Resolve incidents and handle service requests locally while managing hardware inventory and orders. Support projects such as relocations and workstation setups, maintaining user manuals and knowledge articles. Maintain active client contact and ensure timely ticket follow-up. Based in Noord-Brabant, this role offers a salary of €2,800–3,200 gross monthly, a bonus, and a car or mobility allowance. Required Qualifications
- Minimaal een mbo 4-diploma en hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling
- Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Windows en moderne werkplekomgevingen
- Een gestructureerde en proactieve werkwijze
- Woonachtig in Noord-Brabant of bereid om 5 dagen per week naar onze klanten te rijden
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL, MS-900, MD-100/101 of AZ-900 certificeringen
