Job Summary
Oversee staff at CILAs within Lifelong Access’s Supported Living program, ensuring adherence to the Person Center Plan (PCP) and direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in environments of their choosing. Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring supported individuals’ progress, and ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of care. Requires flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and valid IL driver’s license with insurance. CPR/First Aid certification and high school diploma or GED are required; experience in supervision and working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a work and/or volunteer capacity
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Illinois driver’s license
- Current proof of automobile insurance
