Job Summary
Seeking an On-Site Supervisor to work in the Supported Living program, supervising staff and providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Requires high school diploma, experience in support roles, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must demonstrate a high level of Integrity
- Must demonstrate a high level of trustworthiness and reliability
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with safe driving record
- Current proof of automobile insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Management and/or supervision experience preferred
- Demonstrated desire to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
- Attention to detail, especially when adhering to specific protocols and rules
- Strong interpersonal skills when working with co-workers and supported individuals
- CPR/First Aid certification
