On-site Supervisor

On-site Supervisor responsible for workforce coordination, onboarding, payroll support, safety compliance, and meeting client staffing requirements. Key duties include coordinating drug screenings and background checks, updating associate information in systems, ensuring onboarding is completed, tracking daily/weekly headcount and hours, enforcing safety policies, maintaining PPE and forklift-certification compliance, updating payroll records, and attending client and company meetings. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English; prior staffing/onsite coordination experience is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills required; proficiency with basic computer systems including Microsoft Office.
