Job Summary
On-Site Supervisor responsible for resolving associate grievances and site-level disputes, managing attendance/coaching/terminations, walking the floor multiple times daily to identify safety or personnel issues, and serving as the bridge between the client and Accurate leadership. Requires adaptability to extended hours/overtime, warehouse experience (2+ years), and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; familiarity with timekeeping systems (Novatime/Timerack) and GMP knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or industrial staffing
- knowledge of GMPs is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Reporting & Compliance: ability to create/edit spreadsheets and work with Novatime or Timerack for payroll
- Decision-making: able to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly
