The On-Site Store Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the customer counter, organizing and maintaining inventory, and fulfilling orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, preparing sales orders, processing transactions, and securing the store at the end of each day. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have current TWIC card
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and housekeeping skills
- Professional and neat appearance and positive attitude
- Organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Mathematical skills
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills and clear communication
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities
- Ability to pass background and drug/ alcohol test
