Job Summary
Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates, and check employees at shift start while monitoring performance by walking the production floor. Recruit associates for specific site functions, coach staff to improve performance and decrease turnover, and manage injury and employee investigations as required. Create and maintain daily and weekly reports on attendance, performance, and turnover using Excel. Work onsite at the client's facility to nurture relationships and ensure all needs are met, with flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience
- Prior customer/client facing interaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessary

- Previous experience within the light industrial industry preferred
- High energy with positive team focused attitude
