Job Summary
Develop strong working relationships with client management and stakeholders to recruit temporary resources and confirm associate performance. Walk the floor daily to engage with supervisors and associates, observe interactions, address safety issues, and assess production demands. Conduct new hire orientations, assist in assigning qualified temporary associates, and maintain regular contact with the current pool to clarify availability. Respond promptly to client and associate concerns, implement resolution steps, and document all actions per standard operating procedures. Complete injury reports and assist injured workers in following medical treatment protocols. Monitor turnover regularly and develop strategies to reduce it while ensuring job performance goals are met. Hold a valid driver's license to travel between branch and client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Access to dependable transportation
- Ability to meet all scheduled work hours, including evenings and weekends

- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
