Job Summary
Develop a strong working relationship with client management and stakeholders to recruit temporary resources and ensure performance goals are met. Walk the floor daily engaging with supervisors and associates, addressing safety issues, and assessing production demands while coaching, counseling, and terminating associates when appropriate. Conduct new hire orientations, maintain contact with the temporary associate pool, and promptly respond to concerns by implementing resolution steps and documenting procedures. Monitor turnover regularly and develop strategies to reduce it. Fluently communicate in Spanish and English with all personnel, utilizing a valid driver's license to travel between branch and client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- A valid driver's license
- Must have access to dependable transportation
- Ability to meet all scheduled work hours, including evenings and weekends

- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
