Job Summary
Coordinate and execute timely setup of new customers in the program environment while following up on backorders and pre-packing products. Maintain an accurate product knowledge base to service customers and act as the point of contact for escalating implementation issues and resolving complaints. Track site visits, review weekly metrics with your manager, and support marketing campaigns. Promote the product line and serve as a subject-matter expert for vending solutions. White Cap operates approximately 500 branches across North America, providing concrete accessories, chemicals, tools, and safety products to professional contractors in non-residential, infrastructure, and residential markets.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Drivers License and acceptable motor vehicle record to meet carrier requirements
- Applicant must be willing and able to perform some amount of physical work such as racking and shelf building, putting away stock, cleaning and organizing construction and industrial work environments
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
- 1+ years of sales or account management experience
