Job Summary
Manage customer inventory by receiving and stocking purchased products at designated locations, scanning for orders as stock depletes. Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty, follow designated routes defined by routing software, and probe for additional product needs during site visits. Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify requirements and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity and process cycle times while complying with facility safety and inspection requirements. This part-time role in Bellefontaine, OH supports assigned customers through inventory management and account growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in selling or service environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 to 60lbs and/ or work in difficult positions
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Handle different technical and operational issues
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license in State of residence
- Must carry required levels of automobile insurance
- Must be available for part-time hours
- Must be located in the Bellefontaine, OH area
