Job Summary
Maintain overall health and functionality of school devices (laptops, desktops, and classroom technology). Configure and manage printer IP addresses and troubleshoot printing and connectivity issues. Reimage and support Smartboards and other instructional technology. Provide general classroom technology maintenance and troubleshooting. Assist teachers and staff with basic technical support to minimize instructional disruptions. Ensure all technology is ready and operational for daily school use. Track, document, and communicate technology issues and resolutions as needed. Attend required trainings and staff meetings. Fluent in English; adaptable to a school environment with students and educators. Cleared (or eligible for clearance) through DOE PETS background check and fingerprinting.
