Job Summary
Monitor product quality and handle quality-related issues at the customer site in Montgomery/Opelika, AL, Lagrange GA, or client locations. Investigate defects, coordinate containment actions, and provide root cause analysis while communicating daily with both the customer and internal teams. Support quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions, and provide on-site support during new product launches or engineering changes. Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation to ensure product quality and maintain strong customer relationships. Serve as the primary liaison between the client (automotive OEM or Tier 1) and the company to resolve quality issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Engineering or Business-related fields
- 1+ years of experience in automotive field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Whys, Fishbone)
- Ability to work independently at the customer site
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automotive quality or manufacturing
- Bilingual (English/Korean)
- Experience in high tech manufacturing industry and startups
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
