Advertise vacant properties, show them to prospective tenants, and hold open houses to maximize occupancy. Qualify candidates using background checks and references, then negotiate leasing terms and close deals. Accept rental payments, respond to tenant inquiries, and inspect properties regularly to schedule necessary maintenance.
