Job Summary
Support the sales gallery with a welcoming, professional presence on Saturdays and Sundays (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) by greeting guests, coordinating tours, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining guest databases. Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team and Sales Director, including coordinating minor operational tasks (e.g., flower deliveries, IT support, housekeeping) to keep the gallery and model residences presentable. Ideal for candidates with hospitality, retail, event planning, or office administration backgrounds who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury real estate environment.
Required Qualifications
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality
