On-Site Multi-Site Community Manager (59279 & 59280) - Free Two Bedroom Apartment Included

Manage leasing efforts, integrated marketing programs, and all aspects of building occupancy and maintenance for Chancellor Apartment and Magnolia on Lake Apartments. Communicate professionally with tenants regarding property issues, address emergencies, and resolve non-payment notices while collecting rent and processing applications with credit checks. Walk properties to ensure unit quality, conduct move-out inspections for deposit statements, and assist in budget preparation. Meet established standards for qualified walk-in traffic and phone-to-traffic ratios. Requires on-site residency, three years of property management experience, and proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a starting hourly rate of $30–$32 and a free two-bedroom apartment included.
