Job Summary
On-Site Medic role supporting safety and health of jobsite workers in a mobile, field-based setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering first aid, and providing guided treatment under provider direction; supporting comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination; fostering relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers; providing psychosocial peer support; leading injury-prevention initiatives such as “stretch and flex” programs and ergonomic coaching; documenting patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR); maintaining a clean, stocked on-site medical facility; and collaborating with jobsite safety teams for orientations and trainings. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS/CPR/First Aid, EMT/NREMT preferred, OSHA 30 and NYC SST 10 hour preferred, ability to travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
