Job Summary
On-Site Medic role providing mobile medical support on construction sites. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering first aid, documenting in the EHR, coordinating case management with clinical teams, and supporting injury prevention initiatives such as stretch-and-flex programs and ergonomic coaching. Build trust with patients, site staff, and healthcare providers; offer psychosocial support; travel intercity using multiple modes of transportation; collaborate with jobsite safety teams for orientations and trainings; maintain a clean, stocked on-site medical facility; and ensure effective communication and follow-up care. Requirements include High School diploma, 3–4 years in relevant field, BLS/CPR/First Aid certification (EMT/NREMT preferred), OSHA 30 and SST 10 hour preferred, valid driver’s license, ability to travel and lift 25–50 pounds, and pass pre-employment drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field
- Certified: BLS, CPR, First Aid; EMT/NREMT preferred; BLS for Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer
