On-Site Marketing Representative for Live Nation at Northwell’s Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, NY. This part-time role supports onsite marketing efforts for each show, coordinating with the Onsite Marketing Team and venue leadership. Responsibilities include directing photographers and videographers, posting real-time event coverage on venue social channels (Instagram Stories), capturing high‐quality clips, monitoring and responding to comments, staying current with Instagram trends, working with the house photographer to ensure quality content, and collaborating with Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight venue offerings. The role also involves ensuring signage and displays are up to date and assisting with general venue duties as directed. Desired skills include experience managing Instagram accounts, strong written and verbal communication, creativity, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and music/event/ sports marketing knowledge is a plus. Located on Long Island or accessible to the venue is preferred.
