Job Summary
Manage company reputation platforms by replying to online reviews and forwarding notifications to staff daily. Assist the Marketing Manager with scheduling content for Facebook, Google, and Instagram, printing materials like flyers and signage, and updating the WordPress website. Handle customer inquiries via web and social media while creating QR codes for marketing assets. Oversee event supply inventory across 35 stores and distribute internal orders including decals and literature. Work on-site at the Fuquay-Varina store with a focus on ethical, entrepreneurial culture and daily operational support.
