Job Summary
Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates while maintaining a strong pipeline of available employees. Fill client job orders efficiently, manage daily on-site operations, and conduct attendance tracking, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Build professional relationships with client leadership, attend production and staffing meetings, and produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and process payroll, background checks, and incident reporting. Partner with internal HR teams to support operational goals and administer quality assurance evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client and employee relationships

- Food manufacturing or logistics experience
- College degree
